1. Rules will be published today(7 June) on this site and www.flylssc.com, please note changes to the following

Sections: 3.6; 8.1; 13.7; 13.12; 16.2; 21; 22.2. It is every pilot's own responsibility to familiarise himself with the

contents of the rules.

2. SSC and FAC. This has been an ongoing admin challenge for all involved. Please note that we need all

(competing and free flying) SSC's by Wednesday(9 June) at the ABSOLUTE latest to apply for the necesary

FACs(Flight Authorisation Codes) for each competing day. If you would like to fly Friday(11th) and Saturday(12th)

you will also need FACs for each of those days. FACs need to be applied for AT LEAST 24hrs prior to the flight.

NO SSC, NO daily FAC, NO FLY!

3. As you have heard by now, Wednesday(16th) is a NO-FLY day. Due to security risks we have been asked not

to compete on this day. I believe we will have such good flying on the other days that this will be a welcome break.

There is a multitude of activities that will keep most people out of trouble including the reason we are not flying - the

soccer game on Mbombela Stadium. The FIFA Fan Park is at Bergvlam Hoerskool in Nelspruit. you can also go golfing,

cycling, eating and drinking as long as there is no flying. LSSC has decicded to host a bit of a dinner party in the evening

from 18:00. The venue will be OLD ROCK and all competitors who have enterred for the FULL COMP will be treated

to a complimentary meal and drink. If you have not enterred the FULL COMP but would like to join us, please

indicate so at registration.

4. Landing Fees at the Barberton Golf Club. Saturday 12^th practice day LSSC has arranged for ZERO landing fees.

5. Registration and Check-in will take place at the Barberton Golf Club from 18:00 - 20:00 on Saturday 12th and

08:00 - 09:15. Please note if you have not registerred and paid prior to flying you will not be scored for the day.

Daily entries must take place before 09:30 by contacting me(Mias - 0827585845) the day before and meeting me at

the Meet Centre before 09:30 on the day. Payments can only be made in cash or EFT(proof required).

6. Recovery. We have excellent recovery arranged as usual (NTT bakkies and 2 Quantums for the mature guys/gals) 

and as usual we are restricted in the quantity of vehicles allowed up LONE TREE HILL. Only 10 permits for private 

vehicles are available and can be booked with me for R100/day. Permits booked for the whole week will take

precedence and will be sold on a first come firts serve basis. Contact me(Mias - 0827585845) to book and pay asap.

7. Accommodation. Barberton Tourism with the assistance of Barberton High School have arranged some affordable

accommodation in the Barberton High School Residence for R95/p/d. this includes linen. Please phone the following

number to book - 0832284971. Camping is available on the golf course for R10/tent/night - bargain.

8. Competition branded Buffs will be available to those who do not qualify for a free Buff for R180 each.
